{SWL} vs. [NH] Conquest

Hello, I have now enough members for a 4v4 but I'd like to know if you'd like to 2v2 sometime soon. When would a good time be to schedule this?

Rules would be the following: 2 engineers (or 1 engy & 1 sniper), best 2 out of 3 maps (Coruscant, Tantive, and Mos Esley sound goo?), TD on, no switching classes (not even to heal), no glitching of course, reinforcements to around 200% so as not to make it too long, 45 second warm-up timer. If a player lags out or has to leave, no other player can replace him until the next map (cannot switch players on the same map.

Could we use NH's server? {SWL} only has a recruiting server and it lags sometimes.

The players who will play will be Me & either Fir3hazard, Hawk Eye, Droid or Diamond. Let me know when works for you and if you have any other ideas, rules change, etc. We can 4v4 after the 2v2 if you want to.

Why do you want it to be only engineers? And conquest isn't exactly a good choice for 2v2.

Fire is a boss on ps2, ive played with him many times.

Addressing a few points with your proposition.....

1. Reinforcement AI's are not a good test of skill, and Capture the flag is better than playing a long game of capturing CP's without seeing eachother.

2. Some people hate engineers, and we should agree on the classes we would use.

3. If somebody lags out, we should postpone the match if they do not come back.

2v2 Engineers is perfect to show skill. 1 engy and 1 sniper is also fair but let me know what classes you want to use. I think a 3v3 is also possible for us, what classes would you want for that?

I meant the reinforcement count, of course there would be no AI LOL.

If we do a 2v2, we could also go for kills only, say to 50 kills on 1 map. Would that be better? Capping CP's would give awards easily and we would not see each other that I agree.

If someone leaves, sure we'll postpone the map.

Well Specials unbalance the game and for a 3v3 I would strongly opt against that. Now I think we could 3v3 Rocket, engy, and sniper. The reason to have specific classes is because it makes everything balanced and shows the true skill of a player at their class. Could we try a 3v3 sometime? best of 3 maps?

Sounds fair.....but not my call to make.

Ok good match today, it was Scout & Speeder vs Me and Droid. Hopefully we can do this again sometime soon.

What were the results

We did 2 scrims, first one was 3-0 {SWL}. Second one 3-0 {SWL}. Total 6 maps won by {SWL}.

Lets do Sil and VK against whichever SWL players want to play; that should be a good match.
