Basically the title what does it mean cause if it is what I think it is then why is Sri's rep -1 I can understand Yank's being -1 then Shadow's is 15 then every one else's is 2-4

A "likes" system. The more (or less) 'reps' (or reputation) you have, the more posts people have liked (or disliked).

You can like a post by pressing the +, or - to dislike it, next to the post (to the left of your avatar).
